Sometimes we have a tendency to over complicate things, so today, we will remain lying down for the entirety of the practice and move through some simple shapes to help create a sense of ease within the body. Remember that some days require you to do less, and on others, you'll feel like exerting a little more energy. When we can truly listen and honour the signals from our body, we can reach a state of synergy and flow which feels amazing.
