This sequence shines a light on and around the hip joint and is designed so that the same sequence is performed three ways; starting in a supine position, then in a seated position and finally in a standing position. We'll be creating openings through this large joint and working into the musculature around the hips and groins too. Both strength and mobility are required when looking at a healthy joint, so settle in and let's get your hips into shape!
