In this class, we'll be placing parts of our body in different alignments than is customary in order to maximise full and deep stretches. We'll flip the feet, thread the arms and legs in different directions and become proficient at noticing what arises as we do so. Getting comfortable with feeling discomfort is a key component to building resilience in both the body and mind.
