In this class, we are going to explore the back in a little more depth. Our backs can oftentimes be stiff and rigid from long periods of time spent in seated positions, so by utilising gentle back bending poses, we can gain more suppleness, elasticity and strength through the spine. This will ultimately help to improve our posture, the length and strength of the spine and help relieve any aches and pains in the lower back especially.
